Cleartech recently participated in a a sponsored bungee jump/swing for Kilbryde Hospice and we are pleased to announce that due to your donations and support, we have raised over £1000 for the charity! The jump consisted of a 40 foot fall off of Garry Bridge, in Killiecrankie – aptly named the ‘Highland Swing’. This new jump only opened in mid-September and has already seen many people taking the plunge. Cleartech have been involved with Kilbryde Hospice since 2009, and whilst we do provide their water hygiene services, we also like to contribute in other ways in order to raise extra money for the hospice and improve the comfort of it’s residents.
We’d like to thank everyone that contributed to our jump and for their continued support in the run-up. Additionally, a huge thanks goes to the staff at Kilbryde Hospice for organising the event, which seen their employees and friends, employees from Nationwide bank and, of course, us at Cleartech come together for a great cause.
We’re going to keep the fundraising page up for another few days so if you would like to contribute, no matter how big or small, then feel free to visit our JustGiving page. Or, if you fancy getting involved with Kilbryde Hospice yourself, then have a look through their fundraising ideas – there’s plenty to do to contribute all year round.
Thanks again – we hope to be involved in many more events like this in the future.
