As corporate members of the CSA (Commissioning Specialists Association), we offer a unique range of support services to complement our ISO 9001:2008 QA system. As the only HVAC commissioning company in Scotland that are members of the Legionella Control Association, we also perform all water hygiene & disinfection services in conjunction with the LCA’s Code of Conduct.
All of our activities are dictated by current codes and guidelines as laid down by CIBSE, CSA and BSRIA.

Water Treatment
As full members of the Closed System Control Association (CSCA), we offer and deliver technically correct water treatment solutions. We carryout water and pipework disinfection and chlorination across the entire UK. Our team further maintain and service closed loop water systems.
Our highly qualified engineers carry out water system disinfection and all other water treatment services in accordance with British Standard BS 8558, HSG 274 and L8 ACOP.
L8 Water Compliance
We deliver sustained compliance in accordance with the code of conduct for service providers laid down by the Legionella Control Association (LCA), and and with a highly trained and competent team of City & Guilds qualified L8 Risk Assessors, Water Treatment Engineers and Technicians.
Offering water remedial works, we provide a full L8 Legionella compliance and control service package or work in partnership with your own maintenance team.
RPZ Valve Testing and Commissioning
Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) vales are used to protect the common water supply against backflow. We offer annual testing and commissioning to support the cleanliness of the water supply. Our City & Guilds qualified technicians offer a full service compliance testing and deliver this service across Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales.

LEV Testing
Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Testing is carried out by our experience engineers through inspecting and evaluating a local exhaust ventilation system against the commissioning report’s performance, industry standards, and HSE guidelines.
We specialise in providing comprehensive examination and testing services for LEV systems, ensuring that they meet stringent COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) standards. We offer delivery of both initial appraisals and thorough examinations for new or modified LEV systems.
Fire & Smoke Damper Inspection and Testing
We carry out a comprehensive Fire and Smoke Damper test and inspection across your buildings entire system in line with BS 9999:2017 Code of practice. Our qualified engineers can carry out work in accordance to the site fire safety maintenance requirements, and provide a complete report on the condition and operation of oyur fire and smoke dampers.
