As well as this, Cleartech are certified members of the Legionella Control Association (LCA), Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA) and the Closed System Control Association (CSCA). By offering this level of training and competency, we believe our engineers can successfully complete their duties without reliance on our client’s knowledge and resource.

We pride ourselves on being resolute in ensuring delivery and exceeding our client’s expectations. All of our activities are dictated by current codes and guidelines offered by CIBSE, L8 ACOP and BSRIA.

Meet the team
Directing the company’s operations while delivering strategic guidance and navigating the direction of the board and management team. Ensuring delivery and compliance on all projects and services, whilst ensuring the company achieves its mission and meets its objectives.
Effectively managing the finances of the business including monitoring cash flow, accounts and ensuring all other financial transactions are in line with statutory regulations and legislation. As a member of the senior management team help set and achieve business goals for future growth and profitability.
Rebecca McGuire
Project & Admin Support
Providing administrative support to all aspects of the business, from directors to site engineers and operatives. Rebecca is also involved in assisting with sales enquiries and providing support to our project team.
Lisa Singleton
Financial & Commercial Administrator
Providing support to our management team, Lisa helps us with sales invoicing & retention creation. As well as, weekly reconciliation of operations. From time to time Lisa will get involved with our weekly marketing meetings too.

Trainee Estimator
Based in our Glasgow head office, Ryan is part of the estimating and bid team. This involves compiling information from tender enquiries and doing take offs from tender drawings and project specifications.

Lucy is based in our Glasgow head office, and provides support to the project team to ensure the project we work on are running smoothly.

Junior Project Engineer
Rory is based in our Glasgow head office, and works on project management and reviews, preparing health and safety documentation and liaising with our clients and engineers.

Key Account & Business Development Manager - Water Hygiene Division
Scott is based in our Glasgow head office, and is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with current and prospective clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. Identify new business opportunities and monitor emerging market trends.
Taylor Hemming
Junior Administrator
Providing administrative support to all aspects of the business. Taylor is also involved in assisting with digital marketing support whilst completing her apprenticeship.
Sharon Simpson
Credit Controller
Sharon assists and implements effective credit control policies, issuing invoices, maintaining customer records and helps with additional financial and administrative tasks.
