What you’ll be doing:

Project & Operations Management
• Planning & Project Preparation/Management
• Liaising with clients/sub-contractors and site teams
• Project reviews
• Logging variations
• Technical Writing and O&M Manual Coordination
• Preparation of Health & Safety files, Method Statements & Risk Assessments

Tendering and Marketing
• Bid management
• Preparation of tender submissions
• Ensuring proposals are aligned with corporate brand guidelines and standards
• Research new clients and key areas to ensure our unique selling points are identified and incorporate into tenders and submissions

Commercial
• Bid management & estimating with responsibility to follow quotes from start to finish including tendering and pricing

Health and Safety

  • Work closely with the Health and Safety team to ensure compliance and involvement in future RISQS audits

What we’re looking for:

  • CSA Grade 4+ is desirable
  • A passionate and ambitious Project Manager who is competent with problem solving
  • Ability to work as part of a team & manage various operational teams/projects
  • Keen to improve and embrace further personal development
  • People Management: Strong leadership, motivational, and workforce development skills
  • Health and Safety Qualifications: PTS, IOSH, or SMSTS Health & Safety for Managers would be preferred
  • Educational Requirements: Building Services Engineers qualifications or relevant experience in managing an engineering business
  • Provide concise and direct feedback to clients to meet the expectations and requirements of our customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the company’s client base.
  • CSCS card
  • Full UK Driving License
