Did you know that Cleartech Group Ltd are the only Scottish HVAC Commissioning company that are members of the Legionella Control Association?
The LCA is a voluntary organisation, that has the main aim of keeping water systems safe and reducing the risk of Legionella bacteria and the contraction of Legionnaires’ disease. This is achieved by monitoring the standards of the Legionella control providers, as well as, offering them useful services and advice.
There are now nine service provider commitments in the LCA’s Code of Conduct and a yearly audit of members seeks to ensure that they have appropriate management systems in place for the services offered. During the audit, the company is asked to produce all the necessary evidence to show that their procedures and quality control measures are to the standard that the LCA expect.
The Standards for Service Delivery cover a wide range of areas, including staff training and customer service – both of which Cleartech put an emphasis on. As you can see from our extensive list of accreditations, Cleartech invest considerable time, effort and resources on training and are constantly building on our engineers expertise to ensure high quality work. It is that continuous professional development that the LCA are looking for.
We also believe that our customers benefit considerably from our LCA membership and the demands that the audit presents us with. It provides that extra level of reassurance and acts as an independent verification of our services. As mentioned above, Cleartech are the only Scottish water treatment company that are members of the LCA and it has proven to help us stand out against our competitors and reiterate the gold standard of quality work that we offer.
