Cleartech’s Approach
All of our balancing works were completed in line with current CIBSE codes. Furthermore, our water treatment works adhere with ACOP L8 and BS5885, as well as, WRAS Approved RPZ testers for the RPZ valves. A total of 2000 commissioning stations and measuring devices were balanced and a total of 120 AHU’s serving 5000 terminal units.
Our commissioning management services included overseeing and assisting with the co-ordination of all commissioning works – including the compilation of a commissioning program, completing commissionability reports on all systems to be balanced and witnessing all systems once fully commissioned or balanced. These works were carried out in order to ensure that the systems were of an acceptable level as per C.I.B.S.E code ‘A’ and ‘W’, as well as, all relevant BSRIA guidelines.
