Cleartech is looking for an individual with a strong customer service and planning background to join our team!

Key duties & Responsibilities

The role involves all aspects of planning duties including co-ordinating works and liaising with engineers, customers, and clients

Receive and return customer phone calls in support of sales to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner and resolving any issues that present themselves ( a strong customer service and planning background is essential for this).

  • Booking in a high volume of jobs daily.
  • Planning and co-ordinating engineers’ days in a logical and cost-effective manner.
  • Distributing jobs to engineers and escalating ongoing situations
  • Attending to queries should they arise
  • General administration support
  • Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled


  • Excellent and professional telephone manner
