Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessment Coordinator
Location: Remote (Scotland)
Contract: 3 days per week (Part-time)

About the Role:
The Legionella Risk Assessment Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring Risk Assessments are processed, reviewed, and acted upon swiftly and competently. The role contributes directly to compliance quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation by ensuring that no part of the process is delayed or diluted.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment Processing & Review
- Log and track newly awarded Risk Assessments in the system
- Assign assessors based on location & competency
- Schedule site visits and update logs
- Receive and store schematic diagrams (including liaising with DE-Designs for AutoCAD completion)
- Review completed Risk Assessments in Legionella Dossier for:
- Correct data entry & risk evaluation
- Missing or unclear information (liaise with assessors)
- Compliance with internal and legislative standards
Risk Assessment Issuance
- Issue the complete document set to the customer
- Update all internal logs to reflect status and date of completion
Remedial Quoting & Follow-Up
- Generate remedial work quotations based on the findings (including RPZ valves, training needs, service contracts)
- Issue quotes within 24 hours of RA completion
- Liaise with customers on RA queries and quote responses
- Monitor and follow up on expired or due Risk Assessments to ensure ongoing compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card is desired
- Experience in water hygiene or Legionella compliance
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site-based tasks
